The detail
A miniature sighthound kept as a companion since Roman times, the Italian Greyhound is elegant, gentle and loves warmth and laps. It still has a sighthound's chase drive, and its slender legs break more easily than those of most breeds.
What to weigh
IGs are hard to housetrain, feel the cold and break legs jumping from furniture, especially as puppies. They chase prey and must be leashed or fenced.
