Welfare rules only matter if they're enforced. Each rule below names how we check it and what happens when it's broken. Violations end accounts, and enforcement is published in the transparency report.
No dam, mare, or female bred beyond veterinary-consensus frequency for her species.
Offspring registrations are checked against registry records; volume beyond the cap freezes the account.
No listing may promise an animal before the minimum go-home standard below.
Ready dates are validated against birth dates at publish. Early-release reports are grounds for removal.
Known conditions must be in the listing before inquiry, not revealed at handoff.
Post-placement reviews ask about undisclosed conditions; a pattern ends the account.
Sellers represent the animal's actual housing, not a staging area.
Facility walkthrough video on file, renewed annually. Buyers confirm what they saw on visits and calls.
Exotics must be captive-bred with documentation, or honestly labeled otherwise where legal.
Captive-bred claims require documentation in Papers; restricted species require permits on file.
