No commission
Everybarn takes nothing from the sale. Concierge, an optional service for sales of $25,000 and up, is 4%.
Buyers pay you directly
You and the buyer agree how in your Messages thread. The sale price never passes through Everybarn.
An ID-verified seller badge
Verify your ID once. Every listing you publish tells buyers you passed; the ID itself stays private.
Papers on file
Upload the records you already hold. Signed-in buyers can open them on your listing, for their own due diligence.
On the map, with Fair Value
Your listing shows on the browse map, and Fair Value rates your price against comparable sales and listings when there are enough of them.

How much does it cost to sell animals on Everybarn?
$20 per listing, for 90 days. If you list all year, Pro is $50 a month with no per-listing fees. There is no commission on the sale; Concierge, an optional service for sales of $25,000 and up, is 4%. Buyers never pay Everybarn anything.
How do buyers pay me?
When you and the buyer agree: the buyer pays you directly, as you arrange in your Messages thread, and Everybarn never takes that payment. Afterwards, mark the listing Sold to them from the thread; once they confirm, the animal's record goes to their account.
What do I need to list animals?
Photos, the details buyers ask about (such as breed, sex, age, price and your town) and a one-time ID check before your first listing goes live. The records you hold go on the Papers panel, where signed-in buyers can open them.
Do buyers see my ID?
No. Buyers see that your identity was verified, never the document. You verify once, and every listing you publish carries the check.
I already list animals on another site. Can I bring the listing over?
Yes. Paste the link to your own listing and Everybarn makes a draft from that one page: photos, description and details. You check everything before it goes live.
How long does a listing stay up?
90 days from the day it goes live. You can close it early when the animal sells.
