The detail

A snowflake hedgehog has a high proportion of all-white quills mixed through its banded ones, giving a frosted look, with dark or ruby eyes. It is a pattern on top of a base color, and care is the same as any pygmy hedgehog.

Housing
4+ sq ft, kept 72–80°F

What to weigh

The white mix can change as baby quills are replaced, so a young snowflake may look different as an adult. Care is ordinary hedgehog care.
