The detail
A semi-longhaired blue cat with green eyes, developed in the US in the 1980s from Russian Blue-type cats. Nebelungs are gentle, reserved and devoted, shy with strangers, and best in calm, predictable homes.
What to weigh
A Nebelung is slow to trust and can be stressed by noise, visitors or change. The breed is rare, and it gains weight easily.
