The detail
Standard Bronze turkeys are a heritage breed with iridescent bronze feathers, the look of the classic American turkey. They mate naturally, forage well and are larger than most heritage breeds.
What to weigh
Standard Bronzes grow slower than Broad Breasted birds. Many "bronze" turkeys sold are Broad Breasted, so ask.
