Cappuccino is an incomplete-dominant crested gecko gene that gives a dark, coffee-toned base with a connected dorsal pattern. The two-copy super form, sold as frappuccino, has had health concerns reported by breeders, so many avoid pairing two cappuccinos.

How is cappuccino inherited?
It is incomplete dominant. A cappuccino paired to a non-cappuccino is expected to produce about half cappuccino babies, with no super forms.
What should I check for health?
A normal-looking snout and jaw, a hatch record and a steady weight log. Ask whether the tail is original, since cresteds never regrow it, and whether the colony has had a clear fecal.
