How long do Gelbvieh cattle live?

The detail

Gelbvieh were developed in Bavaria as a working, milking and beef breed. In the US they are valued as a maternal cow: fertile, good milkers and quick to breed back, often crossed with Angus as Balancers.

What to weigh

Strong milk needs strong feed, or cows fall off in condition. Purebreds are less common, so most stock you find will be Balancer crosses.
