The detail
A spotted, athletic cat bred in the US from Abyssinian and Siamese crosses, with no wild blood. Ocicats look wild but are sociable, trainable and dog-like, and they need company and daily play.
What to weigh
An Ocicat needs company and activity and can be vocal when ignored. Its Abyssinian and Siamese roots bring inherited eye, blood and kidney risks.
