The detail
Nigerian Dwarfs are a miniature dairy goat with West African roots, developed as a breed in the US. They give small amounts of very rich milk and fit on a small lot, which makes them one of the most popular homestead goats.

What to weigh
Small teats make hand milking slower, and they breed year-round, so bucks need their own pen. Like all goats they need a companion and good fencing.
