One of the first American breeds, all descended from one Vermont stallion of the 1790s, Figure. Morgans are compact, strong and versatile, known for stamina, a proud carriage and a willing, people-loving nature.

What to weigh
Morgans are easy keepers and prone to obesity, insulin resistance and laminitis on rich grass. Diet management and regular work matter more than feed.
