The detail

Lilacs were developed in England in the early 1900s, and have a soft pinkish dove-grey coat. They are medium-sized, calm and friendly, and are kept for pets, show and meat, though they are less common than many breeds.

What to weigh

Lilacs are rare, so show stock can be hard to find. Their soft color fades in sunlight.
