The detail
Florida Whites were developed in Florida in the 1960s as a small meat and lab rabbit, and recognized by ARBA in 1967. They are pure white with pink eyes, compact and calm, and are a common youth meat and show rabbit.
What to weigh
Florida Whites are small for meat, so dressed weight is modest. Pink eyes are sensitive to bright light.
