The detail

Jacob sheep are a British heritage breed with a spotted fleece and often two to six horns. They are small, hardy and kept for their striking look, their fleece and lean meat, especially by hobby farmers and spinners.

What to weigh

Horns can catch in fencing and feeders. Four-horned rams can carry a split-eyelid defect, so check breeding stock closely.
