The detail
Guinea fowl come from West Africa and are kept for pest control and as loud watch birds. They eat ticks and insects, roam widely and roost high, but they are noisy and semi-wild in habit.
What to weigh
Guineas are very loud and roam, so they can bother neighbors. They roost in trees unless trained to a coop.
