How big do African goose poultry get?

The detail
African geese come from Asian swan geese despite their name, and are large with a knob on the bill and a dewlap. They are calm, vocal and good grazers, kept for meat and as watch geese.
What to weigh
African geese are loud and big. Knobs can get frostbite in very cold weather.
