From Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions

William is a lovely, calm feral pigeon (not imprinted but maybe people-experienced ?) who was found stranded on a busy city sidewalk with their flight & tail feathers raggedly cut off. William was later fly to be rescued & is now doing great as an indoor-fostered bird. William has not told us their origin story but we see a happy future ahead. Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
