From Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions
Rooney self-rescued to the backyard of a kind person in Oakland, who got him to safety and found Palomacy. He's thin and a bit roughed up but his energy is great and we know he'll bounce back and then some. Rooney is a delightful, curious guy looking for his forever home. Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/
