From Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions

Ducky is one lucky duck...erm,...pigeon! He was found by someone and rescued, only to be released again when the person became impatient during the guidance process our phoneline volunteers were providing to him. Luckily Ducky was caught again and brought to safety within Palomacy's foster network! Right now Ducky is recovering from exhaustion as well as a case of canker, but with love and expertise, he is on the mend! Poor Ducky has been through so much in his young life that we want nothing more than for Ducky to be adopted into a safe and loving forever home. Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
