From Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions

Delphi is a beautiful, curious homer pigeon who was found lost and alone, most likely a (very lucky) survivor of a "dove" release. Delphi is getting used to the good life in a Palomacy foster aviary, where she's waiting to find her forever home . . . maybe with you? Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Delphi works

Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
