Bella (A143690) is a 6-month-old Guinea pig who is available for adoption with her bestie Brownie!10/05/26 Brownie and Bella are a bonded pair so we are requiring that they be adopted together! They were surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of their own, but because a family member was allergic. These little piglets were said to be very food-motivated but timid in personality. If you are unfamiliar with care requirements we encourage you to do the research before adopting. Guinea pigs should have unlimited access to hay for their teeth and gi health, a measured amount of pellet food daily, and fresh greens. Guinea pigs also require Vitamin C supplemented into their diet daily. Since these girls LOVE their food, providing them with Vitamin C-rich greens/veggies is a great way to ensure they get it. They also would love plenty of chews/enrichment in their next home! Guinea pigs make for great pets but are work. If you are interested in meeting Brownie and Bella, please let us know!
