From Midwest Pet Refuge

Agnes had a frightening start, being left in taped‑shut boxes by the river, and she’s still carrying that fear. She’s not mean — just overwhelmed — and she’ll tell you when she needs space. With the right person who can offer slow, steady one‑on‑one time, she has a real chance to feel safe again. She deserves someone who sees her fear for what it is: a sign she needs extra love, not less.If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application. Completing a questionnaire on any other website does not submit an application to our rescue, you must complete one on our website. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
