From Contra Costa Animal Services
This girl is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who may need a little time to come out of her shell. She can be timid and easily startled in new situations, but she has been making steady progress and becomes increasingly affectionate as she gets comfortable. Once she feels safe, she enjoys staying close to her person and soaking up attention.

How adopting ZOEY works
Contra Costa Animal Services decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
