Zach came to MCHS on 7/12/2026 with his sisters (now all adopted) after they were being fostered by another rescue and needed a new place to go. Born on 4/27/2026, Zach is now 5 months old and is the last puppy of his litter, so he is long overdue to find a home. His mother was an approximately 60-pound pit bull type dog, but we do not know anything about the father. Zach has been vet checked, neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, and his fee is $150. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South. We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any…

How adopting Zach works

Mower County Humane Society decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
