From Animal Relief Fund
Winston is an owner give up because his mother got a new job and she was never home with him and she felt he needed more.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Winston works
Animal Relief Fund decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
