Winnie is a beautiful young shepherd with a big brain and an even bigger heart. True to her breed, she is alert, thoughtful, and independent, but incredibly loving with her people. She’s extremely smart and picks up new commands and routines with ease. Winnie can be a bit cautious when faced with new situations or strangers, but once she knows you, she’s friendly, protective, and happiest staying close by your side. With her “guardian” shepherd instincts, she’ll be your quiet, watchful companion, keeping you company as you go about your day. She’s happy lying on the floor, hanging on the couch, or snoozing in the bed. She’s a little big to be a “lap dog,” but she does love to cuddle with her humans! And - like all shepherds - she can be talkative when she wants your attention. She’s wonderfully well-trained and has exceptional house manners.
