Willa is a 1-year-old, 27-pound Bull Terrier/Whippet mix with a heart as big as her ears. She has a mostly white coat, a black-and-tan patch over one eye like a tiny pirate, a freckled nose, and two tall satellite-dish ears that hear everything (especially the treat bag). She has the playful, goofy spirit of a bully breed and the long, graceful legs of a sprinter. Willa is a joyful girl who loves to run and play, and then curl up close for some well-earned snuggles. She's bright, eager to please, and very food motivated, which makes her a dream to train. She has finished basic obedience and knows sit , wait , shake , here , and potty . She'll happily show off all of them for a snack. Willa's ideal home: Dog friends: Willa can enjoy life with a canine sibling who can keep up with her playful energy. She tends to feel most comfortable with dogs who are younger and larger than her, and she has gotten along best with males. A gentle, gradual introduction will help her settle in and feel secure. Kids and cats: Willa hasn't had the chance to live with children or cats yet, so a thoughtful meet-and-greet is the best way to see if it's a good fit. Room to play: Daily walks, playtime, and…
