From Friends of Campbell County Animal Control

Chunky mix, mostly Belgian Malinois, Whiskey is ready to find a home with adopters who will appreciate his attention to detail, his intellect, his intelligence, and his good health! It wasn’t always like this for whiskey. When he was brought to us at three months old, he weighed 5 pounds. He was emaciated from starvation, dehydration, and parasites. He had been found, locked in a crate where he was literally dying. we suspect that if he had not been found when he was, he would not have survived more than 12 hours. Despite his horrendous origins, Whiskey Blessing has not only survived, but has prosper and is soaring to new heights! He has been in a foster home for three months now, and has been pronounced perfectly healthy! At five months old, he is still growing, and can be a challenge to keep up with! He is intelligent and will need someone keeping him on his toes with training. Just think of what you could do with this gorgeous dog. He comes with his own personal cat, if you’re interested in transitioning two pets to your home and not just one. We start with an application, and then we can tell you more about him! Apply here…
