From M'Shoogy's Famous Emergency Animal Rescue

Vinny is a young dog who is very curious, playful, and energetic. He loves to give kisses to his favorite humans and explore the world around him. He came to the shelter at a very young age so he will need a patient and caring owner who can teach him the ways of the world. He loves people and will make a great companion. If you think you could give Vinny the forever home he deserves, come and meet him today!

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Vinny works

M'Shoogy's Famous Emergency Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
