From Hilton Head Humane Association
Twiggy is a 2 year old Treeing Walker Hound mix who appears to run on sunshine, enthusiasm, and pure hound determination! He is a joyful whirlwind of friendliness, curiosity, and tail-wagging excitement. The kind of dog who turns every ordinary day into a little adventure!!
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Twiggy works
Hilton Head Humane Association decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
