My newest best friend, and my biggest admirer is Phoebe who is a young female shepherd! My perfect furever family would need to be someone who knows “German Shepherds” and who has the time and patience to work with me physically and mentally. I would love to be adopted by someone who can play fetch, run, practice obstacles and work on my commands with me as much as possible! I do best having…
