From City of Rancho Cucamonga Animal Shelter

This is little darling is Tilly, Tilly Girl, TillTll, our best guess she is a cattle dog mix. We believe she is about 4 yrs old, she is spayed, UTD on shots, she approx. 40lbs and has no current medical concerns. She has been spunky and affectionate while in our care. She absolutely loves balls; you maybe have seen her on the “Gram – Tilly finds a treasure. But Tilly is struggling w/ kennel stress and it’s causing her to exhibit behaviors that are not ideal. She barks, lounges and has even shown teeth to guests when they pass her kennel. When in reality she is a delight out of kennel. Tilly has done well w/ calm confident dogs around her size on tandem walks; she has been timid in playgroups. I believe she could live w/ a calm confident dog who likes to play but isn’t too energetic. She has not been destructive while here, as you know cattle dogs have a job, Tilly would require daily walks and enrichment activities to work her brain. If this sounds like your kind of dog, come down to RCAC, we love talking about our dogs. Have a great day.
