*PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY* Tia is a 1.5-year-old, 50 pound “scruffy” Lab mix with a fun-loving spirit and a heart full of potential. She came to rescue when her owners could not be located, and now she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will help her shine. Tia can be a little cautious when first meeting new people or in new situations, but she warms up with patience and reassurance. Once she feels comfortable and trusts her person, she settles in nicely and does very well. Tia’s playful, youthful energy is matched by her eagerness to please. She loves games like fetch, tug, and chase, and she’s highly treat-motivated—making her a wonderful candidate for continued training. Tia would truly thrive with an adopter who is excited to build a strong bond through positive, force-free obedience training. With her trusting personality and willingness to learn, she has all the makings of a fantastic companion. Like many young dogs, Tia is still learning the ropes and will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her become her very best self.
