From Marshmallow Foundation

Meet Theo, our wonderful hound mix! Funny, affectionate, and wonderfully adaptable, hounds like me are full of personality and ready to bring joy to the right home. Bred to follow their incredible noses, I live in my own world—sniffing everything with enthusiasm and taking time to explore new places at my own pace. Give me patience and opportunities to investigate, and I’ll settle in beautifully. I’m a clever problem-solver with a great sense of humor (you’ll need one too!). I may try to “help” with food or open gates, but with simple management and positive training (I’m very food-motivated!), I’m easy to guide. Hounds are loyal, exuberant companions who make life more fun and full of adventure. If you’re ready for a one-of-a-kind dog who will love you with all his heart (and his nose), I’m looking for my forever family! You can learn more about Hounds here: https://thefreckledpaw.com/index.php/2020/06/07/adopt-a-hound-dog/ Visitors to the shelter are by appointment only and after a form has been submitted online: https://www.marshmallowfoundation.org/forms/

How adopting Theo works

Marshmallow Foundation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
