From Barkville Dog Rescue

Tate can be very nervous in new situations and with new people, but once he feels comfortable, he becomes a big goofball who loves to snuggle! He prefers to be inside where he feels safe so he needs a person/family who will be patient with him and give him time to get acclimated.
