From Operation Roger... Truckers Pet Transport

TANNER (Pitbull)( San Diego, CA to VIrginia Beach, Virginia) My roommate in San Diego packed her stuff and just left, and I got kicked out because i couldn't afford it alone and the Landlord and I couldn't get a hold of her. I had to move to Virginia Beach with my sister. Unfortunately, I was trying to pay rent as much as I could, and was kicked out with no money. I couldn't afford to bring my dear baby Pit Bull, Tanner, with me. Once I got to Virginia, my first dog sitter took my money and put him in a shelter. I couldn't let him rot away and die in a shelter! I paid what I had left to get him out, but unfortunately they neutered him. At this time he is at a pet sitter that I am paying, but I can't save up with the cost of living, gas, and the sitter. I have tried raising money by selling dream catchers and art but it failed. Its been two months and the sitter says if I don't get him soon, she will have to take him back to the shelter.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting TANNER works

Operation Roger... Truckers Pet Transport decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
