Meet Tally! Tally is a sweet, affectionate, playful girl who we think is a young adult Border Collie mix. At 34 pounds, she’s a great size, with a soft, silky coat and a happy, bouncy personality. Tally absolutely loves people and wants to be wherever her humans are. She’s incredibly affectionate, loves to cuddle, follows her people around the house, and makes friends easily. She’s the kind of dog who will happily curl up next to you on the couch or climb into your lap if you let her. She’s also smart, playful, and energetic. She’s joyful and like a “jumping bean,” always bouncing, hopping, and looking for something fun to do. After she has time to settle in, she has a more moderate energy level because she settles quickly once she’s had some activity. We think she’d have a lot of fun with obedience training, agility, hiking, or other activities that give her both physical exercise and something to think about. Tally has done well with other dogs and was described by her foster mom as very dog-friendly. She particularly enjoys playing and cuddling with other dogs. She can still be a little unsure about social cues with more assertive dogs, so continued work on boundaries and…
