UPDATE! Meet Stu! This is another long timer that we have had nearly a year. Stu is a Lab/Shepherd mix. He’s 1 year old and 55 ish lbs. Stu is a happy and friendly boy. He’s great with all dogs and the child in his foster home. He walks well on the leash and doesn’t kind his crate. Stu loves the outdoors and adventures. He is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. Wags and Whiskers Animal Rescue League decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
