Stitch (AL) is a 3yearold Beagle/Terrier mix with a face so adorable it should honestly come with a warning label. That perfect white ring around his nose makes him look like he dipped his snout straight into powdered sugar — as if he’s been quietly baking cookies when no one was looking. Rescued from a hoarding situation, Stitch arrived very underweight, all gentle eyes and uncertainty. He’s now slowly gaining the healthy weight he deserves and discovering the joys of regular meals, soft beds, and the kind of safety he’s never known before. But this new life? It’s big. It’s different. And Stitch is still figuring out how to feel brave inside it. He’s very sweet and loves all people and kids. He gives kisses, loves to snuggle, and melts into anyone who shows him kindness. Stitch would do best in a home with no other dogs or a very calm, easygoing dog who won’t overwhelm him. He’s still learning how to trust, so he’ll need a patient adopter willing to help him build confidence and guide him through training at his own pace. Stitch isn’t just looking for a home — he’s looking for someone who understands that decompression takes time and that love, patience, and gentle encouragement…
