From Marshmallow Foundation

Stanley is an Alaskan Husky! I love humans, dogs and cats! Whether it’s lounging on the couch or going for a walk, I’m just happy to be by your side! Visitors to the shelter are by appointment only and after a form has been submitted online: https://www.marshmallowfoundation.org/forms/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Stanley works

Marshmallow Foundation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
