From Saving Death Row Dogs
Meet Sprig! Sprig is a medium-build pup who had a rocky start in life, so he’s a little slower to trust people—but underneath that cautious exterior is a sweet pup who is eager to build a connection. When it comes to other dogs, Sprig is playful and energetic. He would likely enjoy having a confident, friendly resident dog around who can help him feel comfortable, show him the ropes, and give him a positive example to follow. A canine companion could be a wonderful source of confidence as Sprig continues learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Sprig’s ideal family will be patient and understanding, giving him the time and encouragement he needs to come out of his shell and discover the joys of human companionship.
