* This dog will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday, October 10th from 12PM – 3PM (unless adopted prior to the event). 3910 Middlefield Road All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $650 Sno Cone (aka Snowy) 5–6 months old | Great Pyrenees mix | 40 lbs when rescued A Little Snowy History Sno Cone came to DPS from a shelter very thin and under the weather. Even when she felt her worst, she was gentle and affectionate. Now that she’s feeling better, her foster family is getting to know a sweet, stately puppy with a playful side and a lovely independent streak. At just 5–6 months old, Snowy has plenty of growing left to do, so adopters should be ready for a large dog. Her Kind of Day Snowy wakes around 7:30 a.m. If she’s up before her foster family, she waits quietly in her space until someone comes to let her out. After a potty break, she enthusiastically wolfs down breakfast. Her day is a comfortable mix of playing outside with her foster sibling Coco, relaxing in the sun, entertaining herself with toys and chews, and taking plenty of naps.
