From Mutt Love Rescue
This special boy lost his home, along with Minnie, through no fault of their own. A change of circumstances in the home made it impossible for them to provide for the dogs. Sam is the sweetest and most affectionate pup any one could find. His dream is to be someone's lap dog and give all his love to a family. Sam is about 6 years old and weighs 18 pounds
