From Ventura County Animal Regulation
This pup is on the call to action list due to high stress and fear noted on intake. We are still getting to know him a bit more and will update as we get to see more of his personality.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting *SAM works
Ventura County Animal Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
