From Rescue Dogs Rock, Inc
Meet Salem (SC) — the honeycolored, darkeyed little miracle who has already lived through the kind of plot twist most puppies only hear about in bedtime stories. At just two months old, Salem found himself stuck in a shelter with a lifethreatening obstruction. Things were dire. But this tiny mixedbreed baby had other plans. We scooped him out, rushed him to our veterinary partner, and Salem — in true Salem fashion — decided to be both dramatic and victorious. Emergency surgery? Check. Recovery underway? Check. Future looking fantastic? Absolutely. Now he’s a brighteyed, darkmuzzled, adorably expressive little guy who seems determined to make every moment count. He’s good with people, good with other dogs, and good at staring directly into your soul with those enormous eyes until you melt into a puddle and hand him your heart. Salem is sweetness, resilience, and pure puppy charm wrapped in one honeycolored package. He’s ready for the life he should’ve had from the start — safe, loved, and full of joy. Apply to adopt Salem (SC) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org. His adoption fee is $650.
