From Straydog Inc

Ruger was rescued with five of his siblings and survived on very little food, eating only when they could find food. He is all healthy now and very sweet. Ruger really loves kids and other dogs! He can't wait to find a loving home.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Ruger works

Straydog Inc decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
