I'm still trying to figure out where I belong :( I'm very happy at my foster mom's house, lots of other dachshunds my age to run chase and play with, a big fenced yard to explore and hunt rabbits, squirrels, birds, there are even deer and geese on the other side of the fence! My foster mom gets up before the sun comes up so I am used to getting up early, having fun and then kenneling up when my foster mom goes to work. As soon as she gets home we all spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors. At my foster mom's I always keep my kennel clean, I sleep in a big kennel with lots of room and soft blankets. I've had 6 homes now, the next one I pray will be the perfect one for me I'm a wirehair dachshund, full of love and life once I get to know you. I was treated…

How adopting Roxi works

Dakota Dachshund Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
