RONI NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Roni Best Guess for Breed: Black mouth cur mix Best Guess for Age: 7 months as of October 2026 SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 26 pounds as of October 2026 - still has a little growing to do. Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter! Needs a foster or forever home. Check out a video of Roni here: https://youtube.com/shorts/0sg1adbjvKc. Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. Roni is Looking For: My forever family! I can't wait to explore my new neighborhood on lots of walks, and I'd really like to make a bunch of doggie friends along the way. But most of all I want to know I'm safe and loved, where I belong. I have so many kisses and so much love and loyalty to give…

How adopting Roni works

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
