From Ozark Homeward Bound

Rolo is a funny little girl with the silliest “talking” ability. She is crate trained and doing very well with house training. She gets along well with dogs and children...we just don’t know about cats. Please send us your phone number to hear more about Rolo!

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Rolo works

Ozark Homeward Bound decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
