From Dakota Dachshund Rescue

We are an all-volunteer/foster home-based rescue. We DO NOT have a physical shelter. Apply to adopt by filling out the online adoption application on our main website dakotadachshundrescue.org Click on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page. Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it. My adoption fee help with my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter, dental if needed and microchipping.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting River works

Dakota Dachshund Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
